The second collective bargaining competition of Youyang Autonomous County was held at the Youyang Federation of Trade Unions from September 18th to September 19th. The theme of this competition is "Learning Ideology, Building Harmony, Promoting Development, and Building New Achievements". It is jointly organized by the Youyang Federation of Trade Unions, Youyang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Youyang Federation of Industry and Commerce. A total of 10 representatives from enterprises and institutions in Youyang participated in the competition.

The competition is based on a given case, and the order of appearance and negotiation status of each team are determined by drawing lots before the competition. Within 45 minutes, representatives from both the enterprise and employee sides will conduct a collective negotiation simulation on the negotiation topic, followed by on-site scoring by judges based on the performance of both parties.

State Grid Youyang Power Supply Company won the runner up, and the Youyang Vocational Education Center team won the third place.
